Non-Club Events

MEC Paddlefest is a fantastic opportunity for hunting for deals on gear, browsing vendor booths, going for a test paddle, and participating in clinics both on land and on the water.  As part of our Club's participation in the event, we will be running a booth to explain to interested paddlers what our Club does to get people out on the water in a safe, supportive environment. If you are free to donate a two hours of your time to help out, please drop me a line at: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your availability and a brief description of your experience with the club so I know how to pair you.

Chairperson Mark Scott has agreed to help out, as have Club members John Cuddihy and Rob Fillion, who will each be running a clinic on packing for a canoe trip. There will be a host of other clinics and fun activities, so do come out!
