Ontario Provincial Park Fees - 2014
The applicable rates (per person, per night) for youth (6-17), adults (18+), seniors (65+), persons with disabilities et al, are now posted to the Ontario Provincial Parks website at the following link - http://www.parkreports.com/fees/backcountry/2014 Of course we also need to consider the additional reservation system fees that apply (approx $13.00 when reserving via phone (1-888-ONT-PARK (1-888-668-7275)) or $11.00 when reseving a camp site via Internet at - https://reservations.ontarioparks.com/
The provincial park camping permit reservation system is now open and accepting online reservations but PLEASE remember the "5 month rule". Ontario Parks will only allow us to book camping permits up to 5 months ahead. So this means if your intended trip falls in May, June, July, or early August the time to book is NOW! Avoid disappointment - plan ahead and book early. Happy paddling!
